Fit for Girls is a free 9 week program that exists to improve the overall health and well-being of adolescent girls by helping them prepare mentally and physically for a 5K race. Fit for Girls empowers middle-school girls to build confidence and resilience, develop life skills, and experience success as they cross the first of many literal and figurative finish lines!
