Sunrise Junior Kings Basketball League 

Designed for Grades 2nd - 5th, Boys and Girls 

Sunrise Recreation and Park District is partnering with the Sacramento Kings to offer this Junior Kings Basketball League! this league will emphasize sportsmanship and skill development. During the first week, coaches will look to build teams at your child's school. After teams are formed, participants will receive at least 1 practice and 1 game each week. 

Game Locations: Rusch Park and Antelope Crossing Middle School 

Fee: $99, incudes Jersey, 1 Kings ticket

NFL Flag Football League 

6-14 years, Boys & Girls

This program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in continuous action, While learning fundamentals skills. the season will include two Saturdays of conditioning and skill development. team practices and games begin after team selections. 

Location: Rusch Park Diamond #3
Season Dates: 9/8 - 11/3

Registration begins March 2018

Register March 1st - August 27th and fee is reduced to $95!


Mandatory evaluation's (must attend at least one day)

Day:    Saturday              9/8 and 9/15
6-8 years                         9:00am - 10:00am
9-11 years                        11:30am - 12:30pm
12-14 years                      1:00pm - 2:00 pm


Junior Giants Baseball League 

Junior Giants is a free, non-competitive and coed baseball program for youth ages 5-13. Working together with local agencies, families and volunteers, Junior Giants reaches into communities and offers youth a chance to learn the basics of baseball during the summer while also discovering the importance of essential life skills.

Entering its 23rd year, Junior Giants annually serves over 25,000 participants in 90 leagues. Junior Giants is more than just baseball and offers several distinct programs to further enrich a player's experience. Players learn the Junior Giants Four Bases of Character Development: Confidence, Integrity, Leadership and Teamwork, as well as the importance of Health, Education and Bullying Prevention
