OPEN: Request for Proposals: Foothill Community Center Roof Project

INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

Parties interested in this project are asked to submit one (1) copy of the proposal and separate cost proposal no later than 2:00pm on September 29, 2026, to:

SRPD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any technicalities, informalities, and irregularities, to accept or reject all or any part of the proposal, and to be the sole judge of suitability on the proposal offer.

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 9:00am September 15th, 2026 at Foothill Community Park 5510 Diablo Dr Sacramento, CA 95842. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.

The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to determine which bid, in the judgment of the Board, is the lowest responsive bid of a responsible bidder.
