Antelope Community Park Tennis Court Resurfacing RFP Bid Packet 

INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
The Sunrise Recreation and Park District (SRPD) is seeking an experienced professional contractor to provide services for resurfacing the tennis courts at Antelope Community Park.

Parties interested in this project are asked to submit one (1) copy of the proposal no later than 11:00am on December 19, 2025, to:

SRPD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any technicalities, informalities, and irregularities, to accept or reject all or any part of the proposal, and to be the sole judge of suitability on the proposal offer.

The mandatory Pre-Bid walk date is scheduled for November 21, 2025, at 9:00am.
