It was developed to help families and caregivers find the best facility to fit their specific needs. It also breaks down the amenities of several local assisted living facilities and is available to use and share at no cost.
This service assists individuals and families with Medicare problems and other health insurance concerns. Through individual appointments and through community education, volunteer counselors who are registered provide objective information on Medicare, Medicare supplemental insurance, managed care, long-term care planning and health insurance.
