Final American Red Cross - Lifeguard training course starts May 1st.

May contain: water, person, swimming, sport, human, sports, diver, and diving

This American Red Cross course is a combination of Lifeguard Training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Administering Emergency Oxygen, and First Aid for Public Safety Personnel (Title 22). This complete course provides all certifications necessary to obtain employment as a Lifeguard in the State of California. Participants must be at least 15 years of age and bring age verification to the first-class meeting. A 7-8 hours’ worth of online course work must be completed before the first day of the lifeguard class you sign up for. Must be 15 years of age, must bring age verification with them on first day
300 yard swim (12 laps)
2 minute treading without hands
20 yard timed swim and brick retrieval from 7-10 feet of water
