Adult beginner BJJ classes teach fundamental concepts like body positioning and leverage, along with basic techniques for common scenarios. This includes learning how to move on the mat (shrimping and bridging), controlling dominant positions like side control and mount, escaping those positions, and applying basic submissions like arm bars, and chokes. The class uses a structured approach with warm-ups, technical drills, and supervised sparring to build a foundation for future training.

One time additional $15 fee for t-shirt due to EMAC

Mouthguards are required.
