Sifu Dillman will be teaching this rare form of exercise. No experience is necessary. The 18 Lohan Qigong form develops mind-body awareness, physical energy, strength, and flexibility through 18 movements that stretch the whole body. It also cultivates internal power for martial arts, stimulates Qi flow, and improves balance and coordination. This practice is also known for building a “warrior spirit,” fostering a fearless mindset to face life's obstacles, and strengthening organs by promoting the flow of vital energy.

Physical Benefits:

Develop strength and flexibility: the movement provides a full body stretch, exercises major joints and tendons, and strengthens the body

Improves balance and coordination: the form enhances overall balance and coordination

Sifu Dillman has been teaching Qi-Gong and Tai Chi for over two decades under the direction of Tai Sifu Hubbard and Grandmaster Doc Fai Wong.
