Athletic Player Training Camp
Developed as a pre-season training camp for young athletes in all sports, this camp is designed to maximize your running form and improve your speed and power. This program will teach you the fundamental running techniques that will allow you to build your stamina, quickness, and speed on the court or playing field. This program includes fitness, strength, and agility drills as well, all designed in a fun and competitive atmosphere.
