Tai Chi for Active Adults

Location: Rusch Park Dance Studio
Mon/Wed/Fri | 8:00am - 10:00am
Tue/Thur | 10:00am - 11:30am (Seasonal)

These classes will introduce you to two ancient Chinese forms of exercise (Tai Chi and Qi Gong) designed to provide mental relaxation and physical enhancements. The slow, deliberate movements not only foster a sense of serenity, reducing mental stress; but will also provide improvements in your balance, flexibility, strength, and more. No previous experience is required. The movements can be developed over time, and will soon become natural and smooth. Your instructor, Donna Powers, has been practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 15 years. She has taught classes in multiple locations.

Sunrise Tappers
