American Red Cross - Lifeguard Instructor Training (LGI)

This Instructor level class will train you to be able to teach the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course. To register, you must: be at least 18 years of age, have 2 years of lifeguarding experience, and have current certification in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training. Registration deadline: two weeks before the first class.
All participants will be required to complete the online coursework prior to the first day of class. The class will begin with a written test and skills assessment. Only those who pass will be eligible to continue in the course. Participants must pass all skills, complete all work, attend all days, and meet all standards to earn Instructor Certification.
