Extreme Martial Arts Centers children's camps work around teaching how to promote self-awareness, effective realistic self-defense along with strategies for safety that teens can use every day! Our camp will promote good health, fitness, real-life self-defense, confidence, and focus. Participants will gain skills that will last them a lifetime including scheduling, working out, setting goals and most importantly, how to defend themsleves!
Bring a Snack - Water and T-shirt will be provided.
