This course is designed to introduce female participants to basic techniques she can use to physically defend herself in dangerous or potentially lethal situations. This course focuses on building the student’s confidence in their ability to defend themselves and in encouraging a defiant and aggressive attitude toward an attacker. Any donations received for this class will go directly to WEAVE. Donations are NOT needed to attend.
Sunrise Recreation and Park District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
