NFL FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE

Register online to secure your child a spot. NFL FLAG Football provides opportunities for children to enjoy America’s favorite sport. Players benefit by being physically active through non-contact, continuous action while learning the fundamentals of football, lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship.

Mandatory Player Evaluation Days on 9/7 and 9/14. See times below.

6-8 Year old division: 8:30 am - 10:00 am

9-11 Year old division: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

12-14 Year old division: 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Practice schedules and Game schedules will be released on 9/20.

You will receive a call from your coach along with an email from Sunrise with all of the NFL Flag Football Season information by 9/20.
Practices will be sometime M-F between 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm (Practices will be earlier as we lose light in October)
Each team will receive (2) 1 hour practices within the time frame listed above
Games will be on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings/afternoons. First game will be on 9/28 or 10/5.
Games will be played at Rusch Park or Westwood Park.
